Our new sets are unopened. New parts are pulled directly from new sets.

New does not always mean mint, new parts may have small imperfections from original packaging.

We strive to sell used parts of only the highest quality. We will not sell any parts that are broken or overtly scratched or discolored.

Parts that don't meet these criteria will only be sold with special comments.

We are not responsible for price or description errors due to site issues.

Be sure your Brick Owl and Paypal mailing addresses are the same!

If they don't match we will ship to the address provided by PayPal.
